An innovative solution for chemical stand cleaning, independent of pipe length, is our Bevi Injector M. This proportional dosing unit (adjustable 1 – 5% concentration) comes in a stainless-steel housing with pressure reducer to 3 bar, pipe aerator, backflow preventer and three-way inlet pre-installed. Optionally, corresponding cleaning adapters ensure the connection of the dispensing heads to the Bevi Injector M. Once the dispensing heads have been placed on the cleaning adapters and the tab has been opened, cleaning can begin. As soon as the cleaning agent Bevi Liquid becomes visible, the dispensing taps are closed. After 20 minutes, the three-way tap is switched to fresh water. If the dispensing taps are open, a thorough freshwater rinse must now take place. The Bevi Injector M is designed for alkaline cleaning agents as standard.
For installations in which the outlet (tap) is located above the water withdrawal point, a category CA system separator must be installed in accordance with DIN-EN 1717.
